London is always good for a surprise and while walking down Oxford Street for some much needed retail therapy I spotted this fascinating origami dress.
German designer Jule Waibel was commissioned by fashion brand Bershka to create 25 of her signature style folded paper dresses for their shop windows around the world including London, Paris, Milan, Istanbul, Osaka and Mexico City.
Jule Waibel produces the dresses by hand-pleating large sheets of paper into forms that fit the body, each with an individual design. The dresses will be on display until 31st January.
Even though they look stunning I’m not quite sure whether these would be appropriate clothing for our British weather…
